Exodus 23:19, 34:26 and Deuteronomy 14:21 say “Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk”. If the meat and milk came from *unrelated* animals, there doesn’t seem to be any warning against this. Meat and milk from different species should be fine; and given that modern farming practices separate meat and dairy animals, almost anything mass-produced should also comply with this.

You might consider consulting with an ancient and knowledgeable Rabbi. They are sooooooooooo interesting and can answer almost any question you ask. But they won’t put up with any flakey stuff.
